The Admission Committee

The school management has established an Admission Committee to oversee the admission process. This committee holds the authority to evaluate applications, set admission criteria, and make final decisions regarding student enrolment. Comprising experienced members, it ensures a fair, transparent, and merit-based selection process. The committee also addresses admissionrelated inquiries and policies, maintaining the institution’s standards and ensuring a smooth enrolment process for prospective students.

Registration

The online registration process for Nursery to Class 2 was conducted for interested parents from 2 nd December 2024 to 04th January 2025. This initiative aimed to streamline the admission procedure and provide a hassle-free experience for parents. After successfully completing the online registration form, parents were required to submit a printed copy of the form along with the necessary documents at the school's front office starting from 27th December 2024. During the time of submission the parents were provided admit card for entrance test.

To ensure a smooth verification process, the school requested the submission of specific documents. These included a Xerox copy of the parents' Aadhar card as proof of identity and address. Additionally, a Xerox copy of the student's Birth Certificate or Aadhar Card was required to verify the child’s age and identity. Parents were also asked to submit two recent photographs of the student along with parents in the same frame, serving as a visual record for school documentation. Furthermore, for students seeking admission to Class 2, the PEN (Permanent Enrolment Number) was mandatory.

By implementing this process, the school aimed to ensure transparency and efficiency in admissions. The structured approach helped in maintaining proper records and verifying credentials, ensuring a fair and systematic admission process for all applicants.

Admission Test

The school conducts an entrance test for all registered students to assess their eligibility for admission. For LKG, the test is based on oral interaction, where students' vocal, listening, and understanding skills are evaluated. This assessment helps determine their readiness for early learning.

For students seeking admission to UKG through Class 2, a written test is conducted to assess their writing and learning abilities. The test is designed to evaluate fundamental skills such as comprehension, basic numeracy, and literacy appropriate for each grade level.

To maintain fairness and transparency, the school updates the admission test papers annually. This ensures that the examination process remains relevant, unbiased, and aligned with educational standards. The structured evaluation process helps identify students who are best suited for the school’s academic environment while providing them with a fair opportunity to demonstrate their potential.

Result

The entrance test results are declared on a date finalized by the Admission Committee. Parents are informed about the results through the official school WhatsApp group, ensuring timely communication. Additionally, the results are displayed on various notice boards within the school premises for easy access. This multi-channel approach ensures that all parents receive the necessary information without any inconvenience. The school maintains transparency in the admission process by providing clear and accessible result announcements. Parents are encouraged to check the notice boards or WhatsApp group for updates regarding their child’s admission status.

Admission

Successfully clearing the test makes them eligible for admission, confirming their readiness for the academic environment of the school. The entrance exam ensures that students meet the required standards, helping maintain the institution’s academic excellence

During the admission process, parents must ensure that all necessary documents are prepared and submitted as per the school’s guidelines. Proper documentation is essential to complete the enrolment procedure smoothly. This includes submitting identification proofs, previous academic records (if applicable), and other required documents.

The school administration emphasizes a well-organized and transparent admission process, ensuring every eligible student has a fair opportunity to secure admission. Parents are advised to check the document requirements in advance to avoid any last-minute issues.
